After the test, I think the Sc type is exactly who I am. I don't want to be another type because I like to be myself that I used to be. According to the description of S's tendencies include: demonstrating patience; desiring to help others and being a good listener. I think these three items describe me better.
I think I can become Cs type because I think Sc and Cs have a connection. It depends on stediness or conscientiousness more. Those C type people are more creativity and thinking more analytically.
Sure. It is helpful to determine people's management "type" to better understand where they are from. As an employer, you can know the employees better, and arrange them positions and work environment which will be more suitable for them. As an employee, we can find out what do we need others and how to be more effective in the work place.
A test like this helps me in other persinal interactions. I know what I need to do can be more effective. Also, I know what other types people need others to do. I can learn to how to communicate, interact and cooperating with them.
I agree with the fact that you believe the Personal profile can be used to the benefit of both the employer and the employee to better service one another. The test from what I saw was very efficient in that most students thought that it was pretty accurate and to some extent repressents their style wholly.

ReplyDeleteIt seems that the DiSC profile test accurately assessed you. From our group work, you seem to be a good listener and patient, like you mentioned that an S type personality typically shows.
I agree that it can be helpful to use these tests in the workplace to determine the positions and work environment that is better suited and more effective for the various employees. I also agree that it can be an effective tool in personal communications as well!

ReplyDeleteanother type, as even if you change yourself to the outside world, you will never truly change on the inside. Of course there are certain flaws in everyone that one should work on, but to change your whole personality isn't genuine.
